Yes…

There needs to be a minimum order due to the low charge for delivery.

For tubs/pots, there is a minimum order of 3 tubs/pots.
All other items, is a minimum order of £5 (not including delivery).

Currently, we are delivering to the below locations.

We may be able to go further a field as time goes on depending on the demand.
If you are not sure if your location is included, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Yes…

All orders have a delivery charge of £2, no matter the location.

This charge will be included on your order and we see this in you bag before checking out. 

At the moment we can only accept bank transfer.

This will be confirmed to you when placing your order. Once the order is complete, it will give you bank details and the instructions to transfer your payment.

Once your payment has been sent and verified by us, you will receive a confirmation email of payment received and your order details.

Once you have made your payment, we need to personally check your payment against your order.
Once this has been done and everything matches up, we can then send your confirmation.
If there is any mistakes with your order or payment, we will contact you to ​double check and resolve your order.

Please allow up to 1 hour for your confirmation email to be received and ensure you have checked your junk mail for an email from mollysk9pals@gmail.com.
If you still have not received your confirmation after 1 hour and you have checked your junk mail, please contact us and we can look into this further for you and get this resolved asap. 

Currently, we only deliver one day a week…what day do you ask?

Our delivery day will be a mid-week Wednesday.
